Out truck is being built brand new in NJ. It is expected by July/August 2026 but as you know there is always a chance for delays. We want it just as much as you. Keep an eye on our social media pages for updates.

We are accepting event requests to hold dates but not collecting deposits or confirming events until we have our truck.

Our Mister Softee truck will be driving around Waxhaw and surrounding areas just like any other ice cream truck. HOA's, Parks, Neighborhood's and more. On top of that we are available for private and public events and celebrations. Fill out our event form to get more information.

Yes, we are legally allowed to call it ICE CREAM because of the dairy fat %. Not all ice cream is "ice cream" It is a premium Mister Softee blend shipped down weekly from NJ and Pennsylvania dairy farms. Only the best

For our first truck will be be servicing Waxhaw and surrounding towns in NC and SC. For larger events we may consider traveling. As we add trucks (which we will) we can expand our territory to serve more neighbors.

Event pricing is based on several factors including guest count, event location, service time, menu selection, and travel distance. Smaller birthday parties and neighborhood events typically start around $300, while larger weddings, corporate events, schools, and community events may require custom pricing.

Most private events are structured around a minimum event spend rather than hourly billing. Once all guests in attendance have been served, service is considered complete unless extended service time was arranged in advance.

Events outside our standard service area or events requiring late-night service may require additional travel or after-hours fees.

Our truck is fully self sufficient. We do not require water or electric. The truck is 21 feet long. It's about the size a a UPS truck so please be sure to have a space big enough at your event/location.

We do require a deposit to hold the date and because we may be required to order extra product for your specific event. The ice cream is real dairy and expires quickly.

For smaller events we require a $100 deposit. For larger events we may require more and will discuss that in your personal quote.

The balance for your event is due per the terms of your contract. Please note there may be overages for additional guest or if you choose to upgrade your product package last minute. We will work with you.

If you cancel:

15 days prior to your event: 75% refund of deposit OR 100% credit towards another event

5-14 days prior to your event you will receive a 50% deposit OR 100% credit towards another event

Less than 5 days prior to your event the full deposit is non refundable

*repeat cancellations is subject to loss of full deposit

*WEATHER: If conditions are unsafe or not favorable for an outdoor event we will work with you to reschedule. We know this stinks but safety matters especially for kids

Yes, we will be selling Philly Water Ice in a few flavors.

Our truck will be serving nuts and dairy. We are aware of cross contamination and will be keeping the nuts in a sealed container and use gloves to handle them.

We will have an onboard credit card/tap machine as well as cash.
